We’ve received some news about our library ferrets and we know this may sadden some of you who have been following them for years. Due to health concerns, we will be retiring our library ferrets to Wall to Wall Ferret Rescue where they will get the care they need to live comfortably as sanctuary ferrets.
Draco has been diagnosed with Insulinoma and Adrenal Disease. We believe, in the interest of responsible pet ownership, it would be better for her to live at Wall to Wall where she can receive constant care for her medical issues.
Join us on April 4 in the library Youth Room between 9:30am - 5:30pm for our Library Ferret Retirement Party. We will be collecting supplies to donate to Wall to Wall. We will also have ferret-themed crafts and games as well as a sweet treat and free balloons to give away, while supplies last.
You will also be able to follow along with our beloved library ferrets progress at Wall to Wall Ferrets. We want to thank all of you for the visits and support you have given our library ferrets over the years.
