State Rep. Rich Irvin | Pennsylvania 81st Legislative District
Rep. Rich Irvin is set to host a seminar focused on Second Amendment rights, concealed carry permits, and Pennsylvania firearm laws. The event will take place on Monday, October 14, from 6-8 p.m. at the Pleasant Hall Fire Company.
"This seminar is a great opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania firearm laws and your rights and responsibilities pertaining to the Second Amendment," said Irvin. "I encourage area residents to come, listen and get your questions answered."
The seminar will feature presentations by Franklin County District Attorney Ian Brink, Franklin County Sheriff Ben Sites, and Franklin County Sheriff's Office Solicitor Clint Barkdoll.
The venue for the event is located at 9722 Cumberland Highway in Pleasant Hall.
