Blair County Conservation District is holding a poster contest for grades K-12 and the theme is "One Water". Children and teens are invited to come on March 25, April 1, 3, or 4 to the Altoona Area Public Library to work on their contest submissions. 

The contest provides students in grades K-12th the chance to ultimately have their art displayed as part of the national conservation outreach initiative. All materials and contest rules will be provided at the library. 

A form must be filled out by the parent/guardian in order to submit the poster.
