Census Bureau: More women than men in Shade Gap in 2020

Of the 124 people living in Shade Gap in 2020, 55.6 percent (69) were women and 44.4 percent (55) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Altoona Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 6. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and eight males.
