Census Bureau: 80.4 percent of people in Bedford County were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 48,337 citizens living in Bedford County in 2019, 38,838 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 19,734 of those people were female and 19,104 were male.
