79.5% of Blair County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 123,132 citizens living in Blair County in 2021, 79.5% were old enough to vote, equating to 97,855 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 47,524 were male, constituting 48.6%, and 50,331 were female, making up 51.4%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Blair County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 79.1%.
