Altoona Area School District recently issued the following announcement.
AAHS Performing Arts Club Presents: Hindsight
Come celebrate 50 years of musical theater at Altoona Area High School in the brand new AAHS auditorium! On Saturday, January 8th at 7:30 p.m., AAHS alumni from across the country will return to Altoona and reprise their musical roles in this one night only concert.
Over 100 talented alumni and current students will be participating in this celebration of our new auditorium and tribute to our past productions. General admission tickets are free to the public and available in the Altoona Area School District Administrative Office at 1201 8th Avenue, Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 am – 4:00 p.m. and at the Chestnut Ave. Thompson's Pharmacy. A limited number of tickets will also be distributed at the door 30 minutes prior to the performance.
Hindsight 2020 was originally planned as the final production to be performed in the former AAHS Auditorium. Due to the pandemic, the performance was postponed and will now be a celebration of the new auditorium as a tribute to past performances. Don’t miss it!
