On Saturday, March 1, former Altoona Area High School standout Evan Alwine’s current college team, the FIU Golden Panthers, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Merrimack Warriors.
The game took place at FIU Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Warriors this season.
The Golden Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6 p.m. at FIU Baseball Stadium against Merrimack Warriors.
